Our vision is to create a world class science and technology park focused on nuclear related and clean energy businesses. This investment presents a significant opportunity for the region, revitalising the site to support cutting-edge research and jobs.
An outline planning application is being prepared to agree the principle and parameters of development on this site. Further detail would follow in reserved matter planning applications to meet specific needs of future occupiers.
